Griffin Sorensen
Hi, I’m Griffin. Growing up with sisters and having a wife and daughter, I understand the frustrations women have with their hair. And having cut my friends’ hair since I was 14, I understand what guys want too. I am a student of my clients. Tell me what you like about your hair and we’ll maximize it. Tell me what you don’t like and we’ll change it.
I trained at both the Nuvanni Institute, a Wella Sebastion school and the Vidal Sassoon Academy. I also apprenticed under well-known colorist Deklynd Channing, and later joined the Wella family as a color educator.
My experience runs the gamut, from on-set styling for films (such as HBO’s Academy Award-winning Temple Grandin) to magazine and local print work (Kendra Scott Jewelry) while maintaining full books at a luxury salon in downtown Austin.
After relocating to Dallas in 2014, I established my clientele at Dear Clark, and now enjoy running my own business in the personalized environment of the Village Salons.
